Veterans Dental Day
P站视频 Dental Institute is proud to provide free dental services for our veterans.
On October 25, 2024, from 8:00am until 2:00pm, P站视频 dentists and students will provide free dental services for U.S. military veterans who are unable to afford care.
Services may include exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, crowns, extractions, or implant consultations.
Please bring a copy of one of the following:
- Your Arizona Driver's License with Veteran designation
- DD214 Document
- Other Discharge Documentation
